What is Extraquipment?
Extraquipment is a 501(c)3 charitable organization founded in 2022 by Victoria Oderich and Avery Smith. Dedicated to leveling the playing field, we provide sports and arts coaching and equipment for underserved communities.
How can I donate?
Contact oderichvictoria7@gmail.com for interests in donating. Victoria or Avery would love to pick up any of your retired sports or arts equipment and locate a new home for your goods.
How can I set up a chapter at my school?
Extraquipment currently has chapters at Memorial HS, the Kinkaid School, and previously the Awty International School. We'd love to expand our outreach and start new chapters; please email extraquipment@gmail.com for inquiries.
Where does the collected gear go to?
Extraquipment gear goes towards local nonprofits that express a need or interest in receiving goods. Previously, we've worked with OSCEIA, the Chinquapin School, and DePelchin Center for Kids.
Who are Extraquipment's partners?
We have worked with the Hester House, the Chinquapin School, DePelchin Center for kids, and OSCEIA in Brazil.
Are there any fundraising events?
No, Extraquipment does not raise profits and is a 501(c)3 charitable organization.
